Need Advice from the Public Adjuster
My used car has seen better days. It is slowly falling apart. I want to trade it in, but I’m not sure how much it is worth. I contacted a public adjuster to determine the actual value of my car so I can trade it in or sell it myself. I was thinking about placing an ad in the paper as people tend to make more by selling cars themselves. But I am very busy at work and with family obligations, so I will probably end up taking to a dealership and using the money to buy a new car. With so many models to choose from, this will be a difficult decision. I need to think about gas mileage, safety, looks, and affordability. I have a great job, but I don’t want to have another loan to pay off. I will probably trade the car in and look around for something affordable. I have a tendency to go overboard when it comes to buying things so I want to make sure I don’t overspend on a new car.
